When registering, you can order a sports-fit running shirt for EnergyVision Genk Loopt & Wandelt 2026. This T-shirt (100% polyester) costs €20.

Group Registrations

Would you like to take on the challenge together with colleagues and friends? Then you can register as a group until Monday, April 20.

Instructions group registration’

For a group registration with group collection, you need at least 10 persons. If you have fewer than 10 participants, you can still sign up as a group but then every group member needs to pick up their participant pack individually.
Group registration is only possible via the official online registration module. Excel lists and similar will not be accepted.
Method online registration: first, you need to create a group in the registration form.
Subsequently, you will receive an email containing the group name and your group code. With this code and your chosen password (don’t lose it!), you can manage the group at all times. In the next step, you can add and remove participants. Only the group leader can validate participants. You can add as many participants to the group as you like.
Bib numbers can be collected as a package (everything in one go) or individually. Indicate clearly on the registration form which of these you prefer. When choosing to collect everything in one go, only the group leader can do that. When collecting individually, all participants will receive a separate confirmation email containing all necessary info for collecting their number.
Once your group is completely ready, the group leader has to pay the full group amount. The registration can only be confirmed when the group has been submitted and paid. Once the group is closed, NO CHANGES can be made to the group anymore. Changes to your group can only be made on site at the registration desk. A €5 admin cost will be charged for this on site.
