At the same time, you showcase your company’s commitment to health, wellbeing, and community — a strong message to employees, customers, and future talent.

Practical info:

Decoration of your tent is the responsibility of your company or organization, and only your company’s visibility materials are permitted. Inside the tent, you can meet your participants and hand out gadgets. Commercial activities, flyering, and sampling to passers-by are not allowed.

Is your company putting its best foot forward on May 3? Let us know! Send us your company logo and you’ll get a spot on the participating companies page.

To register your group, go to the registration page on this website starting January 27.

Colleagues can join your group until Monday, April 20.

In the online registration module, you’ll first create a group. Once the group is created, enter all runners and/or walkers. Your group spots are only secured once participants have been added and the group registration is completed (and paid).

You will need the following information for each group member:

    • First and last name
    • Gender
    • Date of birth
    • Address
    • City + postcode
    • Phone number
    • Emergency contact phone number
    • Email address
