Practical info

The program and location will be announced here soon.
This year, we are again using symbol wristbands for the young runners, on which the name and mobile number of a parent can be written. After the run, you can easily find your child at the symbol pole that matches the wristband

10 miles

  • 3 supplies along the route
  • Final supply station at the finish

10 km

  • 2 supplies along the route
  • Final supply station at the finish

5 km

  • 1 supply along the route
  • Final supply station at the finish

On the day of the event, you are free to leave your sports bag in the designated bag drop area. A sticker with a unique number will be affixed to your bag, and you will receive a sticker with the same number to attach to your ankle or wrist band or bib number. Your unique number will also be written on your arm or hand. After participating in the event, you can collect your sports bag on presentation of your sticker and number on your arm or hand. If you lose your sticker, you will only be able to collect your sports bag on presentation of the number on your arm or hand and provided you give the organisers an accurate description of your bag and its contents.

The organisation will take the necessary security measures to guard the area as well as possible, but use of it is at your own risk. The organisation is not responsible for any damage, loss and/or theft of personal items.

Some recommendations:

  • Use a sports bag that closes well and make sure that the bag is indeed completely closed so that no items can fall out of your sports bag.
  • Do not leave any valuable items (such as iPhone, sports watches, wallets, etc.) in your sports bag.

There will be changing rooms at the event site. Please note: There will be no showers provided.

If you would like to change distance or name, you can do so up until 30 April 11:59 p.m. by emailing info@golazo.com. When making a name change, please send us the following details of the person taking your place:

  • Reference number of original participant:
  • Name + first name:
  • Sex:
  • Date of birth:
  • Address:
  • Town + postcode:
  • Telephone number:
  • Telephone number in emergencies:
  • Email address:

After that date, changes will only be possible at the registration desk. If a particular distance is full, no changes to that distance will be possible anymore. Please note: in that case, an administrative fee of €5 will be charged on the spot.

Timing for the 10 miles, 10 km, 5 km, and 3 km races is done using an electronic chip. This chip, attached to the back of your race bib, measures your net time from when you cross the start line until you cross the finish line, so your time doesn’t start until you actually pass the start line. This service gives you a more accurate race time.

The chip is included in the entry fee and does not need to be returned after the race. Please do not fold the bib number and do not remove any stickers from the chip.
